Activate your license

A license key is locked to one appliance, so we can only issue it once that appliance is installed and can tell you its node ID.

  1. Install the product on your appliance.
  2. Enter the activation code from your email, plus the node ID the appliance displays.
  3. We issue your license key — paste it back into the appliance.
From the email you received after signing up or purchasing.
During setup the appliance shows its node ID — you'll need it to activate.
